School Policies
CONSENT & RELEASE:
Parents of enrolled minor do hereby consent to April J. Sykes individually &/or her assistants, & Bodyfit, Inc d/b/a Suncoast Academy of Dance, for the participation of their minor child in any events under the direction of April J. Sykes and/or her assistants. Parents of said minor remise, release & forever discharge & by these presents do for their heirs, executors & administrators remise, release & forever discharge the said April J. Sykes individually & Bodyfit Inc., d/b/a Suncoast Academy of Dance and hold her harmless from any claims, demands, causes of action or damages of every kind & nature arising out of, or by reason of any bodily injury, loss or damage suffered by parent or child from accident or any other cause that may arise, or which may hereafter arise out of & as a result of any dance events involving the Suncoast Dancer under the direction of April J. Sykes &/or her assistants.
Parents consent to Photographs of students taken by Suncoast Academy of Dance, being used for advertising or display purposes.
TARDINESS, LATE FEE, RETURNED CHECKS:
Students arriving late to class by 15 minutes or more will be asked to observe class for their safety due to inadequate warm-up time:
A $10.00 tuition late fee will be applied to balances received after the 10th of the month.
A $35.00 fee is payable on returned checks.
Tuition remains the same regardless of classes missed. We offer make-up classes for absences.
REGISTRATION/TUITION AND ACCOUNT PAYMENT:
NEW: Each account will be charged a registration fee ($40/one dancer, $55/family) at time of online/in-person registration to secure/commit to class(es) chosen. Clientele who attended Fall 2017/18 and Summer 2018 will have this registration fee applied to their August tuition.
Tuition is payable in 10 equal payments due the first of each month.
After the 10th of each month, a $10 late fee will be added to each unpaid account.
Tuition payments take priority over other account payments.
Auto-payment for tuition is available by checking the “Recurring Billing” box on customer online accounts. Auto-pay is only available for tuition payments. Any other charges (costumes, master classes, boutique purchases, etc.) must be confirmed via phone call or email to the studio.
