Summer Dance Programs
Suncoast Academy of Dance offers several different summer dance programs to fit every dancer’s needs. We offer half-day and day-long sessions, as well as classes, intensives, and conventions. Check out our summer schedule (typically available in late April) to find the program that best fits your dancers. Currently registered students will receive the Summer Schedule via email when it becomes available. If you are not currently registered, and would like information when our summer schedule becomes available, please email us.
Creative Dance Program
Ages 3-5
These three-day, themed dance programs run from 9:00am-12:00pm. Includes dancing, arts & crafts, themed games, and snack time.
Theater Dance Program
Ages 6-11
These four-day, themed theater dance programs run from 9:00am-4:00pm. Includes dance, choreography, arts & crafts, acting & improvisational games, sing-along, and role-playing.
Summer Dance Workshops
Dance Workshops run for four days from 9:00-4:00pm. Each workshop includes contemporary/lyrical, jazz, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, and musical theater classes.
Summer Class Session
The summer class session is typically 6-8 weeks long. Each dance class meets at the same time every week, in the evenings, similarly to our fall schedule classes. We offer summer dance classes for Pre-Schoolers (ballet/tap combination),Kindergarteners (ballet/tap/jazz combination), ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, acrobatics, pilates, Pointe prep, and flexibility & strength.
